1. Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

- The item is unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging.

- Details of the item you wish to return.
- Reason for the return (optional but helpful for us to improve).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including a return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- For returns due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued for eligible returns once the returned item is received and inspected.
- You will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable).
- Items not returned in their original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts due to misuse).
3. Exchanges

4. Items Damaged During Transit

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
